Job Summary:
Responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting woodwork products such as custom furniture, cabinetry, millwork, and other wood-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

   •    Identify and develop new business opportunities in the woodwork industry.
   •    Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and retailers.
   •    Present and sell custom woodwork solutions based on client needs.
   •    Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential customers.
   •    Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure feasibility and accurate project execution.
   •    Stay updated on market trends, materials, and competitors.
   •    Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand client base.
   •    Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

   •    Proven experience in sales, preferably in woodwork, furniture, or millwork.
   •    Strong understanding of wood materials, finishes, and production processes.
   •    Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
   •    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (a plus).
   •    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
   •    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
